Before you order
The questions everyone asks
- Is transport included in the price?
- CONFIRM — state plainly whether the price per thousand is collected-from-yard or delivered, and how transport is charged. Buyers compare suppliers on the delivered price, so being clear here wins the comparison.
- How much can one load carry?
- CONFIRM — the capacity of the delivery vehicles, in bricks per load and in square metres of pavers. This is the figure that tells a buyer how many trips their order needs.
- Do you deliver outside these areas?
- CONFIRM — whether longer runs (Chegutu, Marondera, Bindura, Kadoma) are quoted on request.
- Can you offload on site?
- CONFIRM — whether the grabber offloads, and what site access the vehicle needs. Access is the single most common cause of a failed delivery.
- Is there a minimum order for delivery?
- CONFIRM — the minimum load size, if any.
